GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Ultra-Ever Dry™ SE 7.6.110 is a 2-step, air dry coating that is easily applied by spraying. The base coat
is applied to approx. 1.5 mils, allowed 15 minutes or more to fl ash, and the top coat is then applied.
It is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The system of ers superhydrophobic and superoleophobic performance and has been shown to maintain a high level of performance under a variety of conditions
and for extended time. The system is useful for non-wetting, for anti-icing, and for corrosion protection. While brushing and dipping are available technologies, spray application has shown the best and
most consistent results.
FEATURES
Produces a hard surface. The fi nish is nearly transparent, with a slightly white haze. This results from
the nano-dimensional features on the surface. Ultra-Ever Dry™ SE can appear white if applied heavily.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Pressure:
• Remains dry under 1 foot of water for months
• Remains dry under 90 feet of water for 6 days
•
Taber abrasion: Remains superhydrophobic for 30 cycles of tabor test with CS10 wheel
Toughness: Remains superhydrophobic for over 600 rubs with latex glove or cotton cloth
Salt fog: No visible corrosion after 1,000 hours of salt fog
Wetting:
• Wets with solvents such as ethanol and other alcohols. Retains characteristics once solvents
evaporate.
• Wets with diligent “hand rubbing” as oils from hands coat surface chemistry of coating.
Viscosity (measured with #3 Zhan cup):
• Base coat - 8 sec.
• Top coat - 8 sec.
Best Uses, include:
• Anti-icing applications where water approaches at relatively low velocities or pressures (prevent hanging ice or conductive ice bridges).
• Anti-wetting applications to keep items dry and working.
• Anti-corrosion applications.
